Behind the Scenes: Vegan Launch Party

What a night! Last Wednesday, the Green Chef Team was in New York City hosting an exclusive press event to announce the launch of our new vegan menu. Attendees got a chance to spend time with our Executive Chef Dana Murrell, and meet our new vegan chef, Alan Roettinger.



Guests feasted on vegan appetizers, small plates, and vegan truffles for dessert.

Guests were given a taste of the actual vegan menu that we’ll be delivering the week of June 6th. Dishes included Moroccan Cauliflower, Cuban Chimichurri Tofu, and Pesto Pasta Primavera. We even invited a couple of people to a hands-on demo to see how easy it is to cook delicious vegan recipes with Green Chef. It wouldn’t be a party without seasonal wine cocktails and the night was perfectly capped with some delectable vegan truffle chocolates.
