It’s Broccolicious!

Veggies are the stars of Green Chef dinners, and this week we’re spotlighting one of our favorites: broccoli. With bushy florets and thick stalks, broccoli is as tasty as it is nutritious, packed with vitamins, fiber, and a fair amount of protein. Plus, broccoli looks like tiny trees—who doesn’t love that?

Roasted broccoli is especially bright, flavorful, and crisp—and that’s exactly how we’re preparing it next week. A side of roasted broccoli studded with toasted almonds brings earthy flavors to our Garlic Shrimp recipe. Our Teriyaki Steak also gets a boost of broccoli, which adds crunch and a touch of natural sweetness.
